This notice explains what personal data IT Revolution Ltd (“ITRev”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
IT Revolution Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through itrev.co.uk. We’re registered in England and Wales, company number 13450821, at 350 Bath Road, London, TW4 7HW.

What we collect
When you send a form. Our contact, booking and partner enquiry forms ask for your name, email address and organisation, and optionally your phone number, role, sector and a message. If you arrived from a link with campaign tags (UTM values), those tags are sent with the form so we know which campaign brought you to us.
When you browse. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t use cookies and don’t identify you. They record pages viewed, the referring site, your country and device type, and whether you clicked a booking, phone or email link.
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser to make that check.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a check or survey. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest. The analytics we use don’t identify you.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers to run the website. Each acts on our instructions.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and for up to six years afterwards, to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data doesn’t identify you and is kept in aggregate.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
We’ll update this notice when we change how we use personal data. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
